rsaToolbox is a set of MATLAB programs for assessment and correction of the peak-valley index of respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) for individual effects of breathing (tidal volume [VT], and respiratory cycle time [TTOT]) across different breathing frequencies.
rsaToolbox is based on an algorithm published by Ritz & Dahme 2006. rsaToolbox includes a graphical user interface for intuitive handling. Modular implementation of the algorithm also allows flexible integration within other analytic strategies or batch-processing.
rsaToolbox is free. Please send an email to email@example.com if you would like to use this toolbox.
To verify file integrity, you will receive a PGP signature file for the current distribution (rsaToolbox.zip.sig).
Please use encryption software compatible to PGP and/or the OpenPGP standard as defined by RFC2440 (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2440.txt) and import the public key listed above (ID: 0x0BCC6042). The key is also available on public key servers like e.g. http://www.pca.dfn.de/pgpkserv/
Once my public key is on your key ring, verifying rsaToolbox.zip via use of the included ‘rsaToolbox.zip.sig’ should produce a message like the following:
PGP Signature Status: good
