Visuocortical correlates of sensory processing during conditioned fear and anxiety

Contact: Yannik Stegmann
Fear and anxiety prompt enhanced attention for acute and potential threat. In this project, we investigate the neural correlates of attentional processes during conditioned fear and anxiety. To quantify attention on a neural level, we utilize steady-state visual evoked potentials (ssVEPs), which can be recorded via electroencephalography (EEG).
