    Liyu Cao studied psychology in Wuhan (BSc, 2012; China) and Glasgow (PhD, 2016; Scotland). He has a broad research interest with a focus on the relationship between action and perception. He joined the department in 2016 working as a postdoc for the  ERC starting grant „BBRhythms“ awarded to Dr. Haendel.
